In this first part entitled “Humans”, the film explores the benefits of daylight for humans, focusing on circadian health, work and learning performance, social ability, visual performance, and energy-efficiency. Through interviews with experts in the field the film seeks to present research results on daylighting in a format accessible to the broader audience.
